  1. Enjoyed the pesto discussion and think that would make for an interesting longer segment. Current non traditional faves are garlic scape pesto made with large batch of scapes in a recent spring share box. Also really like Bryant Terry’s collard greens and peanut pesto. But all time favorite is stinging nettle and mint pesto. You must take all the necessary precautions with the nettles but it is worth it.
