I found a bunch of recipes online for zoodles with pesto and sun-dried tomatoes, but would love a pointer to the one y’all mentioned in the podcast 🙂
Ditto!!
I can’t speak for Marisa, but I don’t use a specific recipes for that–just make the zoodles, toss with pesto and top with tomatoes.
This the recipe I base my zucchini and pesto salad on: http://www.teaandcookiesblog.com/2009/08/zucchini-noodles-with-pesto.html
Marisa, how do you find cabins to rent in Lancaster? My husband and I love visiting that area but we’ve always done B&Bs- never thought of a cabin option. I would love to do that.
I love my spiralizer. I spiralize carrots, zucchini, sweet potatoes, beets, etc. For zucchini, I use the middle blade- much better than the small one!
We typically use AirBnB or Homeaway to search for cabins!
